So disappointedGave the artist 2 photos of the couple for a wedding gift and requested their dog (also in the photos) to be included. No customization, didn’t follow what I requested. Needless to say when the bride sent me a photo of the plate I was extremely embarrassed as it was nothing what I asked for. When I emailed them about the problem, they offered me some money back (fine) but the second option was I physically needed to return the plate (that my friend had already received) to get a new one with customizations. Felt strange since the team, who confirmed my photos at the beginning, would not just offer to create the item I paid money for. Would never recommend this.
